The company is seeking to add migration assistant who is passionate about making a difference and has a genuine interest in Australian Migration Law.
- Manage the complete client journey from initial skill assessment through to submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Registration of Interest (ROI), and final visa application.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all VETASSESS and Subclass 482 visa-related inquiries and concerns.
- Confirm and finalize nominated occupations for VETASSESS applications after assessing clients' eligibility and documentation.
- Monitor and stay up to date with changing eligibility criteria and immigration requirements across various Australian states and territories.
- Review and verify client documents to ensure they meet the required standards for VETASSESS skill assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' eligibility for state nomination, ensuring alignment with current migration policies.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to clients via email, phone, and online chat.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively resolving concerns and providing transparent guidance.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the assessment and visa application process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client communications, eligibility assessments, and resolutions.
- Process and manage refund requests for clients deemed ineligible based on skill assessment or state nomination results.
Qualifications :
2 years' experience in AUS Immigration Process and has excellent administrative experience filing for visa documents, end-to-end process.Strong knowledge of Australian migration policies and procedures, particularly VETASSESS and 482 visa pathways.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and organizational ability.Experience in client service or immigration consulting (preferred).Ability to adapt to changing regulations and work under tight deadlines.Any CRM experience will be ideal.Experience :
