Job descriptionA graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably business-related course; post-graduate studies (Masters / Doctorate Degree) is an advantage. At least 10-15 years of relevant, extensive, and solid experience in banking and / or financial institutions, 5 years senior leadership exposure. Work Arrangement : Full onsite Work Location : Cebu Working Days : Mondays to Fridays 8 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM

Responsibilities
- Responsible for management of the business and affairs of the bank governed by the strategic direction and risk appetite approved by the board of directors
- Accountable to the board of directors in championing the desired conduct and behavior, implementing strategies, and in promoting the long-term interest of the bank
