Seeking an experienced Informatica developer to join our Treasury applications team. The candidate should have a strong background in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process, data transformation, data integration and warehousing. This positions main job requirement is to provide production support. The position will monitor all the tickets and queues assigned to the application group.
Key Responsibilities :
Production Support activities include handling job failures, debugging data issues, root cause analysis of failures and working with business and interface IT partners to fix, restart or reprocess.
Support also includes performing test runs for interface partners, generate relevant test results & reports and responding to outages.
Continuous process improvements are carried out to enhance error handling, change rules & mappings, increase automation, and reduce incident count.
Attending major incident management calls
Participate / Support (application or infrastructure) as necessary
Participate / Perform DR activities
Perform minor enhancement work (design and develop)
Good expertise on the service-now produce usage
Ability to alert and respond to the issues.
Track and follow through the issues until complete
Work / coordinate with interfacing application teams for issue resolution
Build knowledge base
Able to work in shifts (US EST and LATAM)
Technical Skills :
Good knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter components (Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager)
Experience with Unix / Linux shell scripting and scheduling tools (., IBM ROBOT Scheduler, Autosys)
Experience with relational databases (., IBM DB2, MS SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL
Good experience in transformations – XML, CSV, JAVA, HTTP, SQL, Source Qualifier, Expression, Router, Joiner, Lookup, Aggregator, sorter, Union, Rank, Normalizer, XML Source / Target, Stored Procedure, Data Masking
Knowledge of cloud-based data integration tools, IICS, Azure integration is plus

Experience :
4 to 6 years hands on experience with Informatica PowerCenter in providing application production support,
Experience on small enhancement work (minor development work - designing and develop ETL workflows)
Experience in organization standards, participation full project development life cycle right from development to implementation and support, change management process, warranty support procedures (incidents / problems / changes)
Working experience in Agile environment and Scrum framework process (ceremonies, daily standups, agility, responsibilities and accountability)
Experience in use of source code management (Git, GitHub), DevOps, CICD
