Job Purpose :
The Graphic Designer (E-commerce & Packaging) is responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality visuals across e-commerce platforms, packaging, and social media. This role combines traditional design expertise with AI-powered tools to produce faster, smarter, and more impactful designs that strengthen brand identity, drive online sales, and support marketing campaigns.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities :
E-commerce Creative Design :
- Develop optimized product listings, A+ content, and storefront visuals for Amazon and other online marketplaces.
- Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance product visuals for higher conversion rates.
- Ensure designs comply with platform specifications and are tailored to target audiences.
Packaging Design :
Conceptualize and design packaging that balances creativity, functionality, and production feasibility.Apply AI tools for rapid prototyping, mockups, and trend analysis to support innovation.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure designs meet quality, cost, and sustainability standards.Social Media & Static Ads :
Create compelling static ads and marketing creatives for social media campaigns.Use AI-based design platforms to generate variations, test formats, and optimize ad performance.Ensure visuals are consistent with campaign objectives and brand identity.Brand Consistency & Collaboration :
Maintain brand standards across packaging, digital platforms, and campaigns.Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate campaign strategies into creative outputs.Provide insights on emerging AI-driven design trends to enhance the team’s capabilities.Ad Hoc :
Support other creative initiatives, presentations, event collaterals, or special projects as required.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with strong exposure to e-commerce (Amazon preferred) and packaging.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI).Experience creating social media ads and marketing collaterals.Knowledge of packaging production processes, printing techniques, and materials is an advantage.Strong portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced designs , e-commerce creatives, packaging, and social media ads.Competencies & Skills :
