Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies for Modern Trade and General Trade.
- Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for each region and channel.
- Align sales operations with marketing, logistics, and finance for effective execution.
- Drive P&L ownership for the national sales division.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across the three island regions.Strengthen and expand the distributor and retail network nationwide.Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and pricing with key retail partners.Ensure product visibility, availability, and merchandising across channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional retailers .Channel Management
Modern Trade :Manage relationships with major supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience chains.
Oversee listings, promotions, and joint business plans.Ensure high-quality execution and in-store visibility.General Trade :Expand and optimize distributor coverage in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Implement effective trade programs and promotions.Improve secondary sales and market share.Operational & Performance Management
Monitor and report sales performance by region and channel .Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain for smooth replenishment.Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.Analyze market data to refine strategies and boost performance.Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.Experience Requirements
10–15 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 5 years in a national or senior regional leadership role .Proven expertise in managing Modern Trade and General Trade channels .Hands‑on experience in managing sales teams and distributors across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao .Strong background in channel development, trade marketing, and key
