About YOU You’ve got 5+ years’ experience in instructional or learning design. You’re fluent in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and video tools. You know compliance isn’t optional—it’s core to your design process. You balance creativity with precision (your designs wow and pass audit). You’re a strong communicator who works brilliantly with SMEs + trainers. About YOUR Work History You’ve built training across multiple delivery channels (online, hybrid, classroom). You’ve worked in project environments with deadlines + evolving needs. You’ve designed resources for RTOs or similar compliance-heavy industries.
