Business Development Officer - Industrial / Construction

Will help expand our client base and secure new business opportunities. The role involves fieldwork, prospecting, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork to search for prospects, new projects, and saturation activities.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Present and promote products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and deliver results.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project decision-makers.
• Provide regular sales updates and market insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related courses.
• With 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• With experience in achieving basic sales quotas or targets.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Preferably with driver license
