Account specific roles and responsibilities :
Administrative and Back Office
- provides administrative support across the HR, Benefits, and HRIS functions.
- uploading and tracking documents in the HRIS, processing department related invoices, and maintaining internal systems and trackers.
HR Support
Review and process HR-related invoicesUpload associate documents into the HRIS (e.g., terminations, transfers, onboarding forms)Maintain and update HR data within the systemSupport onboarding / offboarding processes as neededAssist with audit preparation and file maintenanceRespond to basic HR-related administrative requestsBenefits Support
Process and track benefits-related invoicesUpload and maintain benefits documents (e.g., COBRA notices, enrollment forms) in the HRISTrack benefits-related Leave of Absence activity and data points with Direct BillCoordinate with vendors for administrative follow-up (as needed)Assist with benefits-related audits and compliance trackingHRIS Administration
Excel and report generationThere is no external voice component to the work, but there are a lot of emails. A lot of Excel work as well across all departments.Requirements
At least 6 months experience as an HR Associate / GeneralistExperience with HRIS platforms is an advantageBPO Experience is a PLUS!Good working knowledge with MS toolsProficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-LOOKUP)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written English skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.Wiling to work onsite in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
