AI Video Artist

We are a creative media organization producing engaging, narrative-driven multimedia content. We are seeking a full-time AI Video Artist to join our team of editors and push the boundaries of storytelling using cutting-edge AI tools.

The Role

As an AI Video Artist, you will explore and experiment with emerging AI platforms to generate video, animation, and imagery that align with our creative vision. You’ll collaborate closely with editors to craft compelling narrative-driven videos, applying cinematic principles such as composition, pacing, and shot rhythm. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, technical curiosity, and adaptability—a professional who thrives on innovation and independent learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and test new AI tools (Gemini, Nano Banana, Leonardo, Kling O1, Sora, Runway)
• Collaborate with the editing team to deliver consistent, high-quality multimedia content aligned with the company's standards
• Generate AI-driven video content, including lip-sync, animation, and image generation
• Apply visual storytelling principles: composition, pacing, narrative structure, and cinematic techniques
• Enhance video quality through editing, graphics, and creative effects

Qualifications

• Proven ability to learn new software independently and quickly
• Curious, initiative-driven, and experimental mindset
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (ideal)
• Eye for beauty, detail, and narrative flow in visual media
• Familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools (preferred but not required)
