Job descriptionDevelop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services for client OpCos. Manage and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels and influence the Opcos to appropriately develop such function if such is not yet existing. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensure compliance of every OpCo with CPL Group Procurement policies, and review the same vis-a-vis industry regulations, ethical standards, and internally driven process and control improvements necessary. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CGS Procurement Senior Manager to lead the shared services procurement team of Citadel Group.
- The CGS Procurement Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services for Citadel Group ROHQ and its subsidiaries.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
- This position will drive operational excellence, ongoing process improvement, and ensure quality and efficient service delivery, and a collaborative working environment between the shared service team and the clients (OpCos).
