HR SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervises day-to-day HR operations under the direction and leadership of the HR Manager.
Manages end-to-end recruitment and selection, including manpower planning, screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
Administers payroll, compensation, and benefits (CompBen), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinates employee training and development programs, including orientation, skills training, and compliance-related learning.
Handles labor and employee relations matters, including discipline, grievances, investigations, and coordination with management.
Ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and statutory government contributions.
Maintains HR records, reports, and confidential employee data.
Assists the HR Manager in policy implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
