Job descriptionProduct knowledge : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical items to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Customer Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their electrical needs. Sales Strategies : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Quoting and Pricing : Provide accurate and competitive price quotes based on customer needs Technical Assistance : Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right electrical products for their specific applications Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and market demands Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant information. Proven experience in electrical sales (at least 3 years) or a related field Strong understanding of electrical items Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Technical knowledge in the electrical field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other relevant tools Proficiency in Sales Software Male
