Sr. Team Lead

Work Arrangement : 100% Onsite in Cebu City

Shift Schedule : Night shift

Non-negotiable Requirements :

• College Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of exposure as a Sr. Group Lead handling team leaders (TLs) in BPO
• Experience must be in voice account support (any LOB would do)
• Preferably someone who has a good background in operational excellence and governance
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably can start immediately
