Digital Engineering / BIM Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 10-20+ members for digital engineering operations.
• Develop and implement Digital Engineering Management Plans (DEMP) and BIM / ISO standards.
• Ensure quality control, compliance with ISO 19650, and deliverables aligned to client requirements.
• Conduct audits, clash analyses, and construction simulations; provide 2D construction shop drawings (CSD / CBWD).
• Review scope changes, assist with budgets, and engage directly with clients for requirements and solutions.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and foster team innovation.
