Job description
Provide timely assistance to clients for travel, medical emergencies, and technical inquiries
Coordinate with a network of preferred service providers and client companies
Handle inbound calls efficiently and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, referrals, and service outcomes
Skills requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any course
