Role overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join our team and take ownership of key sales and marketing processes. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn automation , enhance sales workflows, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data that drives critical business decisions. As a key contributor to our growth, you will also support global sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering seamless operations.
This position requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in sales operations and a strong understanding of sales automation tools. You will collaborate with diverse teams worldwide to streamline processes, deliver insightful reporting on metrics, and oversee our internal training tool to maintain high-quality training content. Success in this role will require excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly scale-up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer HubSpot Sales and Marketing : Set up workflows, sequences, and sales automation activities to streamline our sales processes and enhance efficiency.
Support LinkedIn Outreach Automation : Manage and support LinkedIn outreach automation and related sales and lead generation campaigns to maximize our reach and engagement.
Administer and Improve Partner Portal : Maintain and improve our partner portal and related content, Connect, which is built on HubSpot, ensuring it meets the needs of our partners and supports our sales objectives.
Ensure Data Quality and Reporting : Implement and enforce data quality processes and reporting standards across all sales and lead generation teams globally to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Sales metrics : Create dashboards and drive reporting of key sales metrics across sales and channel teams, including quota, close-win ratio, sales velocity, and general sales activity metrics.
Collaborate with Global Teams : Work with sales and marketing teams globally to ensure alignment with company standard processes and tooling.
Manage the Internal Content Videos : Administer and manage the internal content, ensure courses and content are up-to-date, and coordinate with key team members to create content and plan recurring certification courses.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on HubSpot Sales and Marketing .
Strong understanding of Sales Automation tools and techniques.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, including LinkedIn Plug-Ins, and lead generation campaigns.
Understand A / B Testing to refine connection request formats, and outreach methods, to determine what works best.
Excellent data management and reporting skills .
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to self-organize and deliver results efficiently are a must
Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. This is essential.
Ability to establish and deliver on milestones with minimal direction
Willingness to take charge of your own development and own your performance objectives (understanding that you will always have the full support of your people manager)
Deep ability to relate to people, understand needs, and align with solutions
