The Role

As a Management Trainee , you will undergo intensive on-the-job training combined with lectures in the Treasury function as well as the other related support functions: Treasury Operations, Financial Control, and Risk Management. You will be given an opportunity to sit with the different desks and perform duties that will allow you to learn the specific functions and practices of the different units over the 6-month period.

What we’re looking for

• With Master's Degree in Finance, Treasury, Marketing, or any related field
• Non-MBA graduates, including fresh graduates, are also welcome to apply provided that:
  * Courses taken are Business Management, Accountancy, Math/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics among others
  * With high academic performance – Dean’s Lister or with Latin Honors
• Finance background preferred but not mandatory
• Assertive, confident, and able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work onsite
