Job Description
- Provide first level support to clients
- Answering phone calls, respond to email and remote support
- Responsible for handling Ticketing System
- Monitor, assign, distribute response, update tickets
- Ensure to meet Service Level Agreement
- Generate summary reports for each clients
- Internal Support (NGT Office)
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting
- Network Troubleshooting
- Office application Installations
- Document events, problems and their resolution and logs.
- Other tasks may be given by Immediate Supervisor
- First Level support for different solutions
- Responsible for technical product presentation, proof of concept and implementations
