Job Description
- Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for ethical and OTC portfolios.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory) to align product strategies.
- Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders for product success.
- Provide sales support, develop campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a mix of ethical and OTC background is a plus.
- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience in ethical pharma and regulatory compliance.
