Excis a multinational IT services firm headquartered in the United Kingdom is presently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily support Transition Managers responsible for a major global clients.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our IT service transition this role you will help facilitate seamless onboarding processes manage engineer allocation and support project delivery across multiple client engagements. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational readiness ensuring timely resource deployment and supporting communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients.

Required Skills :
High school diploma required; qualifications in Project Management or Business Administration preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a project coordination or support role preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple projects in multicultural environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with IT and networking infrastructure or program management is an advantage.
