Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews and / or finalizes legal documents for legal proceedings related to corporate cases.
- Makes legal researches related to cases and to prepare or review corporate agreements for the corporation.
- Prepares pleadings, legal briefs, and all pertinent documents needed for litigation.
- Attends to litigation cases.
