Job description

With Bachelor's Degree

With experience to Car Dealership industry.

With atleast 6mos-1year work related experience.

Able to communicate with customers regarding their vehicle concerns (i.e. OMS details / cost estimate).

Able to maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and increased customer service satisfaction.

Able to address customer inquiries regarding current services and standard processes per PMS interval.

Able to update customers of their real time vehicle status.

Able to inform customers in case an additional job is recommended by the technicians inside the service shop.

Able to contact drop-off customers in preparation for Delivery / Releasing process
