Job description

Client Relationship Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

Sales and Growth :

Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business by cross-selling and up-selling insurance products through the broker channel.

Product Expertise :

Educate brokers on insurance products, helping them understand coverage details, policy changes, and rate fluctuations to better serve their clients.

Operational Support :

Assist brokers with processing quotes, issuing policy renewals, and providing support for claims and policy adjustments.

Internal Coordination :

Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and claims to ensure smooth execution of processes and address broker needs.

Compliance :

Ensure that all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting :

Prepare and present reports and proposals to both brokers and internal management to track progress and identify strategic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills :

Excellent ability to clearly explain complex information, negotiate, and build rapport with brokers.

Sales and Marketing Acumen :

Aptitude for identifying business opportunities and effectively promoting insurance products.

Industry Knowledge :

A strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Problem-Solving Abilities :

Capability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.

Organizational Skills :

Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain accurate records, and organize work effectively.
