Work Setup : Hybrid Setup — Amenable to work onsite during training (2-3 months), Hybrid work arrangement after training
Location : McKinley West, Taguig
Shift : Night Shift, Weekends Off
Requirements :
- Any College Degree is required
- 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services (financial / dental / medical / life insurance) and Global Voice Support in BPO or Shared Services
- Metrics / KPIs : Preferably with experience handling / monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
