Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Must have at least 1 year of Corporate Travel experience (BPO or travel industry)

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

Handle corporate travel bookings, changes, and cancellations for business clients

Provide accurate travel information, including flights, hotels, and itineraries

Ensure compliance with company travel policies and client requirements

Deliver exceptional service in every customer interaction
