Project Coordinator - Publishing & Marketing

Location : Escario St., Cebu City – Onsite

Schedule : Night Shift

Elevation Philippines is hiring a Project Coordinator - Marketing and Publishing to join our publishing team! You’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting authors, and keeping workflows on track.

Responsibilities :

Monitor publishing projects and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with authors via calls and emails regarding manuscripts, requirements, and deadlines.

Provide regular project updates to the production team.

Prepare and organize project documents.

Assist with production and fulfillment tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up tasks.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, or project tools.

Willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.
