HVAC Designing Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and managing HVAC systems, providing technical support, and ensuring project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience in the HVAC industry, and excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Obtain project information from design institutes and collaborate on project diagrams.

2. Engage with relevant HVAC associations to stay informed on industry standards and advancements.

3. Conduct product technical training for internal staff to enhance their understanding of HVAC systems.

4. Design HVAC and ventilation system schemes, prepare budget quotations, and manage bidding processes.

5. Assist in following up on project progress, making adjustments, modifications, and optimizations to project plans as necessary.

6. Review project plans, model parameters, and coordinate with outsourcing suppliers for technology and product ducting.

7. Prepare proposals that align with project technical specifications and requirements.

8. Support and participate in industry promotion meetings to enhance company visibility.

9. Assist the Sales Manager with various tasks related to project management and client interactions.

10. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet team objectives.

11. Collaborate with customers and internal colleagues to provide daily technical support and solutions.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred.

3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient.

4. Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, able to convey thoughts, ideas, and solutions clearly in English and Tagalog.

6. Determined and dedicated to managing projects through to completion.

7. Hardworking, with the ability to persevere through challenges.

8. Resourceful problem solver, capable of finding solutions and meeting deadlines.
