Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of People & Culture to help shape and scale our organization as we grow beyond 350 employees. This role will lead the development of a flat, high-performance culture and build a leadership pipeline focused on developing impactful player-coaches across the business.

- Drive engagement, retention, and employer brand in a scaling tech org (350+ staff).
- Standardize comp frameworks, levels, and a modern HR tech stack.
