Purpose of the Role :
Operations Accounting Assistant is responsible for the review and liquidation of farmers contracts, processes cash and non-cash requests, manages key accounting transactions, and generates Operations Update reports.
Here's how you would make an impact :
- Review and process accounting transactions of farmers / suppliers like DR, CV, JV, SDR, PO, etc.
- Liquidate Farmer's Contracts and Agreements, DR, CV, SOA
- Print & Release of SDR, PO, CM, SOA
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of Operations update
- Adhere to Audit and Compliance
- Update and enhance System, Policies and Procedure
- Observe Cost Efficiency and Maximization of Resources / 5S of Good Housekeeping
- Perform any additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
