Release Manager — Mandaluyong / Manila Area

Location : Mandaluyong City; Hybrid (2x / week on-site); Senior level

Summary : Deployment Lead responsibility planning and executing deployment strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring deployments are done on time within budget. Provides guidance to teams and maintains deployment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Release Management.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to perform and make key deployment decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to deployment decisions and provide solutions across teams.
• Facilitate training sessions, pilot programs, and knowledge sharing to ensure smooth deployment.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain deployment metrics to assess effectiveness of deployment strategy.
• Build and manage release calendars; forward plan release windows and cycles across portfolios.
• Coordinate with deployment and technical teams for phased rollouts; manage risks and issues related to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Participate in change control board meetings to discuss release scope and roadblocks; ensure post-change stability and reporting.
