About the Role

This role should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be a deadline driven self-starter. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation Delivery and Squad Lead, this role is expected to lead, manage, and deliver small to medium size key strategic business transformation OPS projects and initiatives that will help uplift VONB, KPIs, CX etc.

Assists in the execution of insurance operations strategy through the implementation of key transformation projects that will modernize insurance operations’ systems and processes. The jobholder is typically responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a single project or workstream of a larger project or programme, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. The jobholder will work with other teams within the AIA Philippines, where required ie. Marketing, Operations, Local IT and Group IT departments to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio.

He / She is expected to develop relationships with all levels of executives, staff and vendors and oversee the accuracy, timely, and complete delivery of supported projects, from initiation to post deployment.

He / She should be able to drive change management on different levels across the organization relative to the implementations of strategic projects as it impacts the current state and processes of operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Enterprise Transformation Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs—including digital modernization, operational efficiency, customer experience uplift, or regulatory alignment—ensuring they are strategically aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.
• Translate high-level strategies and executive mandates into structured, executable delivery roadmaps that integrate people, processes, systems, and data.
• Develop detailed program charters, define critical milestones, and oversee interdependent workstreams, ensuring integration and alignment across business units and support functions.
• Manage project budgets, resourcing, vendor partnerships, and risk registers while maintaining focus on value creation and sustainability beyond go-live.
• Partner closely with functional leaders, technical delivery leads, enterprise architects, product owners, and data teams to ensure solution delivery is both technically sound and operationally adoptable.
• Establish and maintain delivery rigor using project management and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Hybrid), adapting approaches based on program complexity and stakeholder maturity.
• Provide clear visibility to executive sponsors through consistent progress reporting, risk escalation protocols, and milestone performance reviews.
