ACCOUNTING OFFICER ( REAL ESTATE COMPANY ) PASAY
Looking for an Accounting Officer with experience in the real estate industry (residential and commercial).
A total of 10 years experience in Accounting.
Starting salary 35k-45k
Account Receivables, Account Payables, Petty Cash Fund, Reimbursement, Billing andCollection, Cash Advances and liquidation of cash advances.Daily Cash Position ,Budget Forecasting, Bank Reconciliation, Tax Compliance Payroll and Mandatory Benefits Online Banking, Progress Billing of Construction Industry, Monthly and Year end closing Bookkeeping. Filing BIR Returns (VAT & NON-VAT) .Handles BIR audit and LOA. Transfer of Real property Title and Taxes
