Responsibilities :
The main role is to directly suppervise front office operating procedures, reservations and provide daily and monthly reports to the management.
Manages the Front Office and Reservations team for the resort.
Personal interaction with customers including the ability to handle guest complaints, solve problems and provide a high level of guest care and service.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in English and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particulary Excel & Outlook.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and prior esperience in a management or supervisory role.
- Knowledge if standard hotel procedures such as check-in / check-out, hotel operations, customer billing, and reservations.
