AU RTO Administration Officer (Remote)

Background

About the Role

  • You’ll be part of a team keeping documents sharp, systems compliant, and student records audit-ready. This is a work-from-home role supporting Australian operations, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and purpose.
  • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Reformat and update RTO documentation to reflect fresh branding.
  • Create editable PDFs from Word documents.
  • Help bring courses online via a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Audit student files for compliance.
  • Pre-fill and prepare documentation.
  • Suggest and support improvements in processes and materials.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years in an RTO or training environment.
  • Experience with LMS platforms.
  • Confident with Word, Excel, and editable PDFs.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance is a plus.
