We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our global B2B marketing strategy and strengthen our presence in international markets. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader who excels in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and team leadership—especially within the offshoring or outsourcing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy focused on international market expansion.
• Lead multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social) tailored to global audiences.
• Drive lead generation and demand creation across priority markets (US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.).
• Oversee content creation including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
• Strengthen brand positioning in the offshoring and outsourcing sectors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team.
• Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report results directly to the CEO.
