Our Store Operations Group (SOG) is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Systems & Applications Officer .

In this role, you will evaluate system-related projects and enhancements that impact store operations, support RBG, SOG, and other units, and provide analysis and solutions to production issues raised through the SOG Help Desk. You will also act as a business analyst, lead UAT activities, coordinate with IT, and recommend process or system improvements to ensure efficient and seamless store operations.

What the role will entail

Act as business analyst for all systems-related modifications impacting store operations

Determine and document business requirements for system initiatives and projects from RBG, SOG, and other internal units

Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to IT counterparts throughout the SDLC

Prepare test cases and scripts and ensure readiness of the UAT environment

Monitor UAT progress, escalate issues, and consolidate results with relevant project teams

Recommend workaround processes during system issues affecting store transaction processing

Prepare user guides, training materials, and system advisories for stores and other affected units

Conduct user training when needed

Monitor post-production implementation and assess issues encountered

Recommend system enhancements to improve customer service and turnaround time

Validate audit exceptions and recommend appropriate solutions

Track resolution of internal and external audit findings

What we're looking for

Graduate of any Business or IT-related course

At least 3 years of experience in store support, business requirements analysis, project management, or systems and applications user testing

Familiarity with banking regulations applicable to financial institutions

Knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
