JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to oversee the financial operations of our organisation and support the leadership team in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting systems, proven experience managing end-to-end bookkeeping, and the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Requirements
Minimum Cert IV in Accounting / Bookkeeping.
Proven Xero experience 2 plus years, preferably Certified.
Hubdoc / Dext experience.
Interest and ability to pick up new software programs.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel / Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
Customer service focused.
Self-motivated.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
