A DMCI Homes Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

A DMCI Homes Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Management & Development : Recruit, train, and mentor property consultants.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Motivate the team to enhance productivity and professionalism.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Oversee client engagements and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Operational & Administrative Tasks : Prepare and analyze sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance.
  • Business Development : Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with brokers and other real estate professionals.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a team of seven Property Consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
