Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff, providing regular feedback to enhance customer service and foster loyalty.
- Train new hires and upskill existing team members to improve sales performance.
- Manage the POS system to ensure accurate and reliable data tracking.
- Oversee stock levels and inventory to maintain data accuracy in the POS system.
- Generate and analyze POS reports to identify sales trends and overall business performance.
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and staffing projections to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BS HRM) or related field.Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a café or restaurant.Tech-savvy and open to learning new cloud-based tools.Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to implementing best practices for continuous improvement.Benefits
