Business / Systems Analyst

A Business and Systems Analyst main role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. His / her role shall involve understanding and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technological solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Acceptable level of performance per task / Expected Result
• Organize and lead in determining the IT business needs of the organization; create business scenarios, system flowchart, & acceptance criteria Map business processes and formulate a systems process flow based on the former.
• Recommend and formulate changes to processes or systems that align with business objectives and improve performance & efficiency.
• Lead & facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements for IT systems or software.
• collaborate with developers and engineers to design or configure systems that meet the identified requirements.
• Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure that the implemented solutions work as intended.
• With Accounting Background is a must.
