Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

A Master’s Degree or specialized training in Marketing, Branding, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or business development.

At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Experience in logistics, trucking, automotive, or service-oriented industries is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, analytics, and brand management.

Proficient in digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Skilled in budgeting, campaign planning, and project management.

Ability to analyze market data and KPIs to guide marketing decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

A. Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Identify target markets, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to increase market share.

Plan and execute advertising, promotions, and events to strengthen brand awareness.

Establish and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

B. Digital and Traditional Marketing

Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, SEO, and online ads).

Oversee creation of content and materials for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.

Coordinate with external agencies, media, and suppliers for promotional activities.

C. Brand Management

Ensure brand consistency in all communications and promotional materials.

Develop and maintain corporate branding guidelines and marketing collaterals.

Monitor competitors and market movements to position the company strategically.

D. Customer and Market Research

Conduct market research and client satisfaction surveys to guide business decisions.

Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights for management.

E. Coordination and Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and HR to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Support the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and client materials.

Coordinate company participation in exhibits, trade shows, and community events.

F. Leadership and Supervision

Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.

Set measurable goals and evaluate team results.

Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in marketing processes.
