Role Overview
The Senior FP&A Leader will play a strategic role in shaping the financial direction by leading corporate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This position partners with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide insights that drive business performance, strengthen financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Lead the company’s annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
Partner with business units to align financial goals with strategic priorities.
Develop scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
Provide deep financial insights on business performance, KPIs, and profitability drivers.
Track, analyze, and report variances against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Identify and drive initiatives to improve margins, cash flow, and overall financial efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, driving a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, and Corporate teams to enable fact-based business decisions.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure financial models, processes, and reporting adhere to corporate governance, regulatory, and internal control standards.
Drive system and process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in multinational corporations or large-scale local organizations
Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and BI / reporting tools.
