We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the entire business operations of a premier international coffee shop chain. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a solid track record in managing complex retail operations, driving profitability, and scaling businesses across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across operations, franchising, supply chain, marketing, and store performance.
• Drive end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across departments, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control initiatives across all stores and business units.
• Ensure sustainable franchise growth by building robust systems, supporting franchisees, and maintaining brand integrity.
• Report directly to the CEO / Board and act as a key driver in shaping and executing long-term business strategies.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, F&B, or franchising environments.
• Proven success in managing growth, operations, and profitability at scale.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine consumer market and operational challenges in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage franchise networks, and work with international partners or licensors.
• Excellent business acumen, problem-solving skills, and executive communication.
