Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

Handle customer inquiries for international clients

Provide support via phone, chat, or email (depending on account availability)

Accurately document customer interactions using company systems

Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment

Complete paid training to strengthen communication and customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications

Senior High School (SHS) graduate – New Curriculum

High School graduate (Old Curriculum) – accepted

NO call center experience required (newbies are welcome!)

Basic English communication skills

Willing to work onsite at Foundever Shaw WCC, Mandaluyong
