JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Auditor to conduct audits across multiple retail store locations. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying inventory accuracy, and identifying areas for operational improvement to support overall business efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Perform regular audits of retail stores with a focus on inventory accuracy, cash handling, and operational compliance
Ensure all locations follow established company policies, procedures, and standards
Identify and document discrepancies or non-compliance issues, and prepare clear, actionable audit reports
Collaborate with store teams and management during audit visits to gather insights and explain findings
Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve store operations and minimize potential losses

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in auditing or a related role (experience in a retail environment is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration

Willingness to travel frequently and conduct audits in various field locations

WORK SCHEDULE :

Monday - Office / reposting day in Head Office (Manila)

Tuesday to Saturday, with travel and field visits as required
