Job descriptionQuarterback recruiting pipelines : Partner with internal recruiting leads to strategically manage candidate communications, scheduling, and coordination to ensure our recruiting engine operates with extreme velocity and a high-touch experience. Own core remote SOPs : Become the trusted owner of critical remote Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are executed with precision and reliability in partnership with the HQ team. Act as an operational steward : Perform regular maintenance and hygiene tasks within our AI Operating System and Notion Workspace, such as organizing information and handling simpler prompting tasks. Provide seamless executive support : Help manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure critical follow-ups are tracked and completed, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Language : Excellent English Communication Skills. Education : Bachelor's Degree (ideally). Experience : 5+ years of related experience. Extreme Tech-Savviness : Fluent in modern AI tools and workspace tools like Notion and Google Suite and master new systems with minimal hand-holding. Flawless Written Communication : Precise, clear, and professional writing. Verifying Near-Native English Proficiency : Prefer a verifiable score from a high-level examination (Cambridge C2 Proficiency or TOEFL iBT with speaking score 27+). Systems Thinking : Aptitude for understanding and improving processes, not just following them. Master of execution : Take complex tasks and execute them with high quality, efficiency, and scalability. Quick study with high IQ : Absorb new concepts and systems without extensive training. Radically proactive and resourceful : See desired outcome and find the path. Obsessive attention to detail : Highly organized, reliable, and clarity in execution. Proven track record as a seasoned remote operations lead, program manager, or senior executive assistant in a high-velocity tech environment.
Executive Operations Partner
Location : Somewhere Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
Work Hours : Client hours required 6pm-10 : 30pm Manila time, remaining 4-5 hours scheduled at candidate’s discretion to complete an 8-hour workday.
Pay Range : $1,500 - $2,000 USD / month (varies based on skill set and experience level).
Work Location : REMOTE.
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor.
