Overview :
Licensed PT responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement disorders, injuries, or impairments. Focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving function. Opportunities for mentorship, leadership growth, and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy
Document progress, reports, and compliance requirements (Medicare, HIPAA, OSHA).
Supervise assistants / aides and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff.
Stay updated with best practices, complete annual training, and maintain CPR certification.
Contribute to workflow improvements, center operations, and patient education.
Qualifications :
CAPTE-accredited PT degree and state licensure.
Outpatient PT experience preferred.
Strong clinical documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Effective teamwork, adaptability, and communication.
Physically able to assist patients (lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent mobility).
