Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing / Content Mgt.) | Hybrid Setup

Office Location : San Rafael, Bulacan

Work Setup : Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. This role plays a key part in shaping the company's content strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content strategy roles.
• Proven experience in the sanitaryware, bathroom fixtures, or home improvement industries is highly preferred; also open to candidates with background in retail, hardware, or construction materials industries.
• Strong background in content strategy , including planning and managing monthly content calendars.
• In-depth understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
• Experience managing external creative teams, agencies, or freelancers.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
