The Sales Head will lead SHR’s sales strategy and performance across all properties and business segments (leisure, corporate, MICE, OTA, and wholesale). This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on revenue generation to maximize occupancy, ADR, and market share while strengthening brand presence and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company revenue goals.
- Oversee property and corporate level sales teams, ensuring consistent branding, pricing strategy, and client servicing standards.
- Lead weekly sales performance reviews, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Head and Revenue Team on campaigns, promotions, and pricing initiatives.
Business Development
Identify and build relationships with key accounts (corporate, government, MICE planners, travel agencies, wholesalers, OTAs).Negotiate preferred rates, long‑term contracts, and volume agreements.Lead trade fair participation, FAM trips, and brand activations locally and internationally.Explore cross‑property and cross‑segment opportunities to drive group‑wide synergies.Performance Management
Monitor KPIs : Occupancy %, ADR, RevPAR, lead conversion, and cost‑per‑acquisition.Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with analysis and recommendations.Mentor and coach Sales Managers and Executives to achieve personal and team targets.Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the Reservations, E‑commerce, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth booking flow and client satisfaction.Partner with Finance on contract compliance, collections, and revenue reconciliation.Coordinate with F&B and Banquets for events, weddings, and group bookings.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in hotels / resorts, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success in multi‑property sales management and strong network in corporate and leisure travel markets.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM tools.Willingness to travel to Palawan and other SHR destinations as required.Why Join Us
