Job Description

THIS ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of complex dashboards using industry standard tools within company’s system. You will follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps. You will explore and learn other relevant programming language and application. You will have an interaction with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business problems will be necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will identify new features and improvement on standardized workbook / existing client workbook and process
• You will create dashboard / new feature documentation and support client bespoke requests, product development solutions related-requests, and BAU requests related to new features implementation
• You will lead / support / attend client meeting to understand detailed project requirements, business problems and provide recommendation
• You will build and develop new solution / program / database and execute process improvement to enhance customer experience
• You will develop wireframe for standardized dashboards and customized solutions
• You will be the subject matter expertise in Tableau, SQL and Python and provide buddy system with other developer
